What is the Ever/You Rewards Program?

Our Ever/You Rewards Program is a new kind of rewards program that rewards you for achieving your skincare goals. When you join (it's free!), you'll be able to:

Earn points for every purchase
Earn additional points for unlocking achievements like trying a new service or completing a package
Unlock exclusive rewards & benefits when you progress across 3 status tiers
Keep your status & points if you purchase something annually
Redeem points on services and packages of your choice

Yes as long as you have or make an Ever/Body account.

How do I join?

It's easy! There are 2 ways to join:

Online: Either log in or make an account at and activate your rewards membership in your account.

In-Store: Just ask any of our front-desk staff when you visit and they'll be able to add you.

How do I earn points?

There are several ways to earn points!

Earn 1 point for every dollar spent on services, packages & products
Earn additional points for unlocking achievements like trying a new service or completing a package
We'll also be offering special promotions to earn additional points throughout the year

How do I unlock tiers?

Our program has 3 tiers - Essentialist, Enthusiast, Established. Everyone joins at the Essentialist tier. To unlock Enthusiast, you need to earn 10,000 points and to unlock Established, you need to earn 25,000 points.

Unlocking tiers gives you access to exclusive evergreen rewards, including product discounts, birthday gifts, VIP events and more!

How do I redeem points?

There are 2 ways to redeem points:

Online: You can redeem points and turn them into credits by online.

In-Store: Just ask any of our front-desk staff when you check out and they'll be able to convert your points into a redeemable credit.

Is this a membership program?

Not quite. Unlike a membership, this program is free to join and rewards you more with each purchase. Plus it's free to join!

Do points or tiers expire?

Points & tiers work on a rolling year basis so you will keep them as long as you make a purchase within 365 days of your last purchase.

Do I lose my tier status if I use my points?

No, you keep your tier as long as you make a purchase within 365 days of your last purchase.

Can points be used on products?

Not at this time, but you can earn points by purchasing products!

What happens with refunds?

Points get removed with a purchase refund.

Can I transfer points or tier to my friend or another client?

No, points, tiers and rewards cannot be transferred.

Do I automatically join a tier based on my past spend at Ever/Body?

No, you only start to accrue points after joining the program.
