Botox® & Wrinkle Relaxers
- Who is Botox® best for?
Botox® is a safe, FDA-approved treatment that’s been used medically since the 1970s and is best for those looking to soften the appearance of fine lines & wrinkles with zero downtime.
- How long does Botox® last?
Results last for different lengths of time depending on your treatment area and desired results, but you can typically expect them to last about 3-4 months.
- What does it feel like?
You may feel a mild pinch at the injection site.
- What is the downtime?
There’s virtually no downtime for Botox® & Wrinkle Relaxers. You might have small red bumps at the injection sites that resemble bug bites, but they usually subside within the hour.
- Can I get this treatment while pregnant or breastfeeding?
No, this treatment is not suitable while pregnant or breastfeeding.
- How does pricing work?
We price “per area” for the upper face—glabella, crows feet, and forehead—and have set pricing for HH, masseter, and lip flip. All other areas are charged per unit.
- What is an "area"?
Examples of “1 area” include the upper forehead, the lower forehead, between brows, and corners of the eyes.
- How many units are included per area? Is there a limit?
It’s been clinically demonstrated that up to 64 units/3 areas is the optimal amount for best results & duration. For this reason, 1 area includes up to 24 units, 2 areas includes up to 44 units, and three areas includes up to 64 units. That being said, we want to ensure that you get the results you desire. If additional units are required for the look you want, they will be priced at $16.25/unit.
- What is in Botox & Wrinkle Relaxers?
Botox & Wrinkle Relaxers use microdoses of neuromodulators, or neurotoxins, injecting them into specific muscle nerves. They then temporarily block—or freeze—the impulses, causing the muscles to relax and fine lines & wrinkles to soften.
- Is it true that neuromodulators can cause an eyelid to sag?
This type of result is very rare, occurring less than 0.1% of the time. This undesirable outcome, however unlikely, is fortunately both temporary and addressable.
- Are there any other side effects I should know about?
Headache, minor bruising, or swelling at the injection site are the most common, but still rare, side effects.
- Can I workout after?
Plan on getting your workout in before this treatment, and avoid exercise, along with other physical activities that make you sweat, for 24 hours after treatment.
- What is a lip flip?
A lip flip is when neuromodulators are injected into the upper lip. This causes the muscles that pull the top lip down to gently release and “flip,” making the lip appear more full.
- What is hyperhydrosis?
Hyperhydrosis refers to excessive sweating that isn’t triggered by heat or exercise. Botox® & Wrinkle Relaxers can treat it with injections into the underarm region, which block the nerve signals that instruct the sweat glands to become active.
Dermal Fillers
- Who is Dermal Filler best for?
Dermal Filler is safe for all skin types & tones. We recommend it for those looking to add volume and definition to their face
- How long does Dermal Filler last?
Dermal Filler can last anywhere from 6-18 months, depending on the type of filler used, along with your aesthetic goals and treatment areas. For example, in an area like the lips (which you move regularly), filler will dissolve more quickly, lasting for 6-9 months. In other areas—like the cheeks or jawline—filler can last between 12-18 months.
- What does it feel like?
We apply an icepack before and after to help ease any discomfort. Depending on your treatment area, we may also apply a topical anaesthetic to numb the region. You can also take Tylenol before and after the session to help reduce any pain, but do not take ibuprofen (Advil) or any blood thinners.
- What is hyaluronic acid?
Hyaluronic acid is a naturally-occuring compound produced by the body that helps retain moisture and keeps skin plump & hydrated. You may recognize this compound from serums and moisturizers, as it’s a popular humectant—it pulls water into skin and can hold 1000x its weight in water. It’s the main ingredient in dermal filler and its soft, gel-like form makes it easy to create natural-looking results.
- What's the downtime?
You will experience redness, swelling, and potentially bruising for up to 1-2 weeks after getting dermal filler. This will begin to subside a few days after treatment. Full results appear within 2 weeks.
- What types of Dermal Filler do you offer? How are they different?
We offer Restylane and Juvederm products.
- How long does an appointment take?
A filler appointment takes approximately 45 minutes.
- Is there bruising?
Bruising is completely normal, and more common in sensitive injection sites, such as the lips. While not everyone bruises, you may experience both bruising and swelling, which can take 1-2 weeks to subside. Therefore, we don’t recommend scheduling your appointment right before a big event. You can also take arnica and bromelain pre-treatment to help reduce post-treatment swelling and bruising.
- Can I get this treatment while pregnant or breastfeeding?
No, this treatment is not suitable while pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Can I workout after?
Plan on getting your workout in before this treatment, and avoid exercise, along with other physical activities that make you sweat, for 24 hours after treatment.
Hydrafacial™
- Who is Hydrafacial™ best for?
Hydrafacial™ is safe for all skin types and tones, and works best to help with hydration, rejuvenation, tone, texture, detoxification, sensitivity, and congestion.
- Can I receive this treatment if I have allergies?
While most allergens will not interfere with Hydrafacial™, if you are allergic to shellfish, we advise that you do not receive this treatment. There are active ingredients involved in the facial that are known to set off an allergic reaction for those who have a shellfish intolerance. If you’re curious, schedule a consultation with one of our providers to chat about a very pared down version of the treatment which can work for you and your needs.
- When will I see results?
Your skin will feel hydrated and look cleaner, brighter, and healthier after your treatment. Concerns such as hyperpigmentation, congested skin, or acne may take longer to treat, but clients usually see an improvement after a series of 5 treatments.
- How often should I get a Hydrafacial™?
We recommend receiving this treatment once a month to maintain overall skin health.
- How does a Hydrafacial™ compare to my regular facial?
Hydrafacial™ is a high-performance facial that gives immediate, visible results from its deep cleaning, exfoliation, vacuum extraction, and intense hydration. The utilization of vortex technology helps Hydrafacial™ go above and beyond a regular facial treatment.
- What does it feel like?
The Hydrafacial™ is quite a soothing treatment and is completely painless. You can expect a relaxing, enjoyable experience.
- What is lymphatic therapy?
Lymphatic therapy, or lymphatic drainage massage, works to reduce toxins and congestion while increasing circulation by draining lymphatic fluid from the face. You’ll see less puffiness and a more lifted, sculpted look after your Hydrafacial™ Detox.
- What do you mean by “exfoliating active ingredients?”
These are the ingredients in your skincare products that cause physical or chemical exfoliation, such as acids, non-prescription retinols, benzoyl peroxide, and scrubs.
- How does Hydrafacial™ work for acne and acne-prone skin?
Hydrafacial™ is a great option for those experiencing mild to moderate acne (including hormonal acne) and congested skin; specifically, whiteheads, blackheads, and clogged pores. While the hydration and acne-fighting ingredients featured in Hydrafacial™ are excellent for your skin, this treatment alone will not be able to treat the underlying cause of severe acne.
- Can I get this treatment if I currently take Accutane?
Please wait at least 6 months after you complete Accutane (or other Isotretinoin products) before receiving a Hydrafacial™.
- Can my teenager get a Hydrafacial™?
Hydrafacial™ is an ideal option for anyone ages 16+. We cannot treat anyone under the age of 16, though, and require parental consent for those aged 16 and 17.
- What other treatments can I pair with my Hydrafacial™?
Hydrafacial™ effectively preps the skin for more intensive facial treatments, like Clear + Brilliant® Laser Facial, VI Peel®, and Morpheus8 RF Microneedling. We recommend getting Hydrafacial™ 1–2 weeks prior to any of the aforementioned treatments. If you’d like to get another treatment on the same day as your Hydrafacial™, you can book Botox® & Wrinkle Relaxers and Dermal Filler, which you are able to receive immediately after your facial.
- What add-ons are available?
To target your unique skincare concerns, you can add any of the following add-ons to your treatment: a medical-grade peel, lip perk, eye perk, or dermaplaning.
We also recommend adding a results-driven booster to your treatment (focusing on acne prevention, anti-aging, and hydration), which your provider will work with you to select. Please note, Hydrafacial™ Boost & Detox already include a booster as part of the treatment.
- Can I work out immediately after?
Please refrain from strenuous exercise for at least 24 hours after your treatment.
- Can I get a Hydrafacial and injectables on the same day?
Yes, you can get a Hydrafacial™ and injectables on the same day, but your Hydrafacial™ appointment must come before that of any injectable. If you’ve recently received an injectable, you’ll need to wait at least 2 weeks before receiving other facial treatments.
Lumecca IPL Photofacial
- Who is Lumecca IPL Photofacial best for?
IPL works by targeting the melanin—pigment—in the skin. Because of this, IPL is only suitable for those with very fair skin. It is not advisable for those with more active pigment or melanocytes.

You’ll begin to see an improvement in skin within 1-2 weeks. However, the results continue to improve over time, and you’ll likely see the best results about 1 month after your last treatment.

Lumecca IPL feels similar to laser hair removal, which is a bit like a rubber band snapping against skin. It’s not the most comfortable, but very tolerable. After the treatment, it’ll feel like you have a mild sunburn.

These are ingredients in your skincare that cause physical or chemical exfoliation, such as acids, non-prescription retinols, benzoyl peroxide, and scrubs.

- When will I see results?
You’ll see a noticeable improvement in skin texture, appearance of pore size, tone, and hyperpigmentation within just 1 week.

Morpheus8 RF Microneedling
- Who is Morpheus8 best for?
Morpheus8 is a great treatment for anyone looking to tighten skin, reduce the appearance of scarring, and revitalize collagen production for more youthful, radiant skin.
- What are the benefits of radiofrequency energy?
Radiofrequency energy heats the deep layers of the skin, stimulating collagen and elastin production while also working to improve skin complexion and texture for a more radiant and youthful appearance.
- When will I see results?
You may begin to see results as early as 3 days after treatment, with maximum results approximately 3 weeks later.
- How often should I get Morpheus8?
It depends on your goals, but for most clients, we recommend a series of 3 treatments, spaced 4 weeks apart.
- Is it the same as regular microneedling?
Morpheus8 is on a completely different level. In addition to adding radiofrequency, Morpheus8 is able to go even further below the surface than traditional microneedling, making it more effective, as the deeper we can go, the more we can stimulate collagen production.
- What does it feel like?
Our team applies a topical numbing cream prior to your treatment to reduce discomfort. Pronox is also available for self-administration during the treatment.
- What is the downtime?
Expect to leave your appointment with redness, and potentially flaking and puffiness. Depending on your skin, you may experience minor brusing as well—this is completely normal and will resolve in a few days. Redness, flaking, and puffiness should also subside within a few days.

Morpheus8 RF Microneedling takes 90 minutes. This includes the time needed for the numbing cream to be applied.

It’s named after the character in The Matrix, the mentor to Neo, because the treatment uses a “matrix of microneedles.”

We recommend avoiding makeup for 1-2 days after treatment. You should expect to experience some redness during this period.

Our laser hair treatment is safe for all skin types & tones, but it’s ideal for those with darker hair.
- Is Laser Hair Removal permanent?
While laser hair removal isn’t a 100% permanent solution, it will significantly reduce future hair growth in treated areas. Hair that returns will be sparse, thinner, and possibly lighter. For best results, we recommend maintenance treatments once or twice a year, depending on your unique needs. A great time to come in is around Memorial Day, to get you ready for the summer.

Appointments should be spaced about 4 weeks apart for the face and 6 weeks apart for the body.

Absolutely! We use the gold standard in Laser Hair Removal devices for melanin-rich skin (Nd:Yag1064), which targets just the melanin in hair, not the skin specifically. Because of that, it’s safe for all skin tones, but especially melanin-rich skin.
